Rita Semprevivo was born and raised in California and has been helping clients in the Los Angeles area as a Realtor for the over six years. Rita focuses on the West Side of Los Angeles, Beverley Hills, and the San Fernando Valley, where she has a deep knowledge of communities, services, and schools. Rita’s clients benefit from her broad experience in buying and selling homes in the current economic environment.
Rita is a seasoned sales and account executive. Rita has been serving the needs of large and small clients her entire career. Prior to being a realtor, Rita ran a large account management and sales team for a fortune 500 company (Cendant Corporation) for over 15 years where her group generated over $50 million in annual sales.
Rita is an active community member and is very passionate about children’s education. She is the founder and chairperson of the Reading Buddies Club, a non-profit program she created for LAUSD. Her program helps grammar school children learn to read by making it fun.
